MEET YOUR GUIDE
I’m Jillian, Teacher/Healer/Mentor/Coach
My passion for wellness comes from my healing journey. A journey I am forever continuing to be on. I have struggled through depression, anxiety, and trauma. I was unhappy in my personal and professional life and couldn’t see a way out. Many times feeling a lack of desire to live. I spent 10 years taking medications to help balance my depression and anxiety. The medications would work for a short time, but I would eventually end up where I began, hopeless. It wasn’t until I decided to do something different that things started to shift. I decided to come off the medications and seek a more holistic route. This was not an easy road. However, it was worth it. First, I discovered the practice of meditation. This completely changed how my brain processed things. It gave me space between my thoughts. It allowed me to sit with uncomfortable feelings. As I started to heal and shift my mindset, I found the practice of yoga. Yoga brought me to a connection with my body, which I so desperately needed. As I started to awaken, so did my purpose. I knew I needed to share my story and learn how to guide people through their healing journey.
